2. Offers are valid from 1st June 2024 to 31st December 2024 (both days included).

3. The offer is applicable both on the website and app.

4. A non-refundable processing fee is applicable for payments via credit or charge card. The discount is calculated on the total fare.

5. The discount is provided on the amount that is inclusive of taxes.

6. Offer is applicable once per user per product per calendar month.

7. The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards, but Basic and Supplementary Cards cannot be used together for a single transaction.

8. There is no travel date restriction or blackout dates.

14. In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the Discount.

15. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase, Via.com will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.

16. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer must bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

17. For any escalation, the card member must contact 080-46414141 or care@via.com or marketing@via.com within 7 days from the transaction date.

18. All offer-related queries will be addressed within 24 hours from the date the query is raised.
