• This offer is open to American Express Platinum Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing.
• An American Express Platinum Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding Platinum Card in India, issued in India by American Express® Banking corp.
• These offers are being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in anymanner to participate in these offers and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• To receive these offers, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
• American Express Banking Corp. is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under these offers. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. • Offer applicable on stays from 16 January 2025 until 31 December 2025 (both dates included).
• Minimum two nights stay is required to avail the offer.
• The rate is discounted from the Best Available Room only rate, subject to availability.
• No further discounts or amenities, including FHR amenities, will be applicable.
• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) offer or promotion.
• Reservations must be made via Platinum travel and lifestyle services for Platinum Cardmembers.
• All bills will need to be settled at the time of check-out by the cardmember through American Express® Platinum Card only.
• Blackout dates may apply, subject to hotel location kindly check the same at the time of reservations. 
• Changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference, if applicable.
• This offer is valid for up to 3 Suite rooms in a single reservation. Reservations exceeding 3 suite rooms on overlapping dates will be considered as a group booking; each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings or to apply special rates. In such a case, group terms and conditions as per hotel policy shall be applicable.
• Maximum Length of stay at a hotel is 30 nights. For stay more than 30 nights approval required from the hotel. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.  
• The offer may exclude certain Presidential Suites at our hotels, hence kindly inquire with the respective hotel prior to booking. 
• American Experience Taj Gift Card cannot be redeemed for settlement against this offer.
• The offer is applicable for a minimum two nights length of stay at the participating hotels.
• Names of participating hotels are subject to change without prior notice
• Rates are subject to availability, applicable taxes, fees, and other standard service charges
