• The discount offer is applicable on the amount exclusive of taxes.
• The offer is transferrable, so the Cardmember does not need to stay at the hotel to avail the offer.
• There is no upper limit on the maximum discount per transaction.

Shilton Hotels Check-in and check-out policy

• Check-In and Check Out time are 12 noon.
• Late checkout up to 14:00 hours will be provided at no extra cost, subject to availability.
• Checkout after 14:00 hours is subject to the following charges: 50% of the room rate between 1400-1800 hours, and 100% after 1800 hours.
• All check-in prior to 08:00 hours will be billed (1-night charge) from the previous night. Check-in after 08:00 hours and prior to 12 noon, accommodation will be provided subject to availability.   
• Shilton Hotels cancellation/no-show policy: Shilton Hotel reserves the right to levy one night's room charge and taxes applicable thereof as cancellation or no-show charges unless reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to the check in date.

• In cases of no-shows or cancellations made 15 days or less, before the date of arrival, cancellation charges would be 100% of the booking amount.

• Hotel reserves the right to levy one night's room charge and taxes applicable thereof, as cancellation or No-show charges unless reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the check in date.

• Bus Safari and Boat Rides: Nagarahole Tiger Reserve is one of the county’s richest tiger reserves – also home to one of India’s largest populations of Asiatic elephants, Indian guars, and of course the ever-elusive black panthers.  The Kabini Backwaters offer wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers a peek into the lives of the aquatic inhabitants of the reserve, including several varieties of birds, reptiles and more.       
• Bus safari is charged at INR 1000/- per head. The boat safari is priced at INR 3500/- per head. Land safari lies under Governmental Forest Department and is subject to cancellation and postponement for various unforeseen reasons. The rate is Rs. 3500/ per person, and can only be booked after check-in, subject to availability. However, you can inform us of your preferred date and time for Safari the day before arrival and we will try our best to accommodate your plan.        
• Please note, you would need to use your own transport to reach the safari point or we can arrange a taxi for you at an additional charge.    
• Payment & confirmation:  We would require the room tariff amount for your entire stay & activities to be paid in advance to confirm your stay.
