• This offer is open to select American Express Gold Card, Platinum Reserve Credit Card, Platinum Travel Credit Card, Smart Earn Credit Card, Membership Rewards Credit Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing.
• An American Express Gold Card, Platinum Reserve Credit Card, Platinum Travel Credit Card, Smart Earn Credit Card, Membership Rewards Credit Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a Platinum Reserve Credit Card, Platinum Travel Credit Card, Smart Earn Credit Card, Membership Rewards Credit Card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India

Offer Construct: Flat 15% off on total bill value including food and alcohol.

Eligible Cards: Gold Charge, Platinum Reserve, Platinum Travel, Smart Earn Credit Card, Membership Rewards Credit Card.

Validity: From 16th February 2024 till 30th December 2024 (both days included)

• The Offer is valid for Supplementary Cards as well.
• The Offer is applicable for reservations/ bookings from 16th February 2024 till 30th December 2024 (both days included).
• The Offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• The Offer is only applicable for Dine In and not applicable on delivery/takeaway orders.
• There is no capping on the maximum amount that can be availed during offer period.
• There is no minimum spend value required to avail the offer.
• The offer is applicable on the amount exclusive of taxes and service charge.
• There are no exclusions in the type or brand of alcohol.
• The Offer is only applicable on alcohol purchased by the glass/peg.
• The Offer is not applicable on purchases of alcohol bottles.
• Discount will not be offered if the invoice is raised without the offer.
• There is no stay required to avail the offer.
• The Offer is restricted to maximum of 10 guests on a table. There is no age limit for the same.
• Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers cannot make the reservations separately at the same time in the same property.
• The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.  
• To avail this offer, Cardmembers are advised to make a prior reservation at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability) via email or phone.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotional offer.
• The offer is not applicable on buffets, special menus, happy hours and brunches.
• Blackout Dates apply: Christmas Eve (24th December) and Christmas Day (25th December).
• Cardmember needs to announce at the time of reservation and billing/checkout to get the offer.
• The offer would be valid on presentment and billing settlement done by a valid American Express card to avail the discount.
• Only one card can be used to avail the offer per reservation. Offer is not applicable if the bill payment is split over more than 1 card.
• Alcoholic beverage service is not allowed below 25 years of age. 
• Alcohol will be served complying to the age restrictions of the State.

•  Cardmember needs to register their query with partner within 3 days from the date of transaction. The query would be answered within 5 working days.
• In case of cancellations, Cardmembers must call restaurant to cancel their reservation at least 24 hours in advance prior to reservation time (contact details shared below).
• Restaurant will wait up to maximum 15 minutes for guests to show up. Any confirmed table reservation wherein guests do not show up at the restaurant within 15 minutes of reservation time will be automatically treated as a No-Show.
• There are no additional no-show charges.
• Guests walking in after 15 minutes of reservation time will be treated as walk-in guests to be seated as per availability at the restaurant and will not be eligible to avail the offer.

Steps to avail the offer:

• Minimum 48 hours prior reservation is mandatory to avail the offer (subject to availability).

• To make the reservations via email, Cardmember needs to include the following details

1. Name of the Cardmembero Date of reservation
2. Number of pax
3. Number of table required
4. Restaurant Nameo Time
5. Contact number of the Cardmember

• Email confirmation will be shared within  24 hours after reservation request has been made.
• Cardmember needs to announce the offer at the time of reservation and billing/checkout and complete the payment using an eligible American Express Card.
