The Paul Offer terms and conditions: 

1. Paul will offer Cardmembers a special saving of 20% flat discount on Best Available Rate.
2. Paul will provide the following discount to Cardmembers at their outlets located at Kumarakom Lake Resort / Forte Kochi/ The Paul Bangalore/Coorg Wilderness Resort.
3. The promotional offer by Paul is valid for the period from 1st December 2024 to 31st March 2025 (both days included).
4. Cardmember is supposed to book and complete the stay within the offer period to avail the offer.
5. Paul Resorts will enable automatic discount for Cardmembers at the time of advance booking. When the Cardmember reaches Paul Resort’s call center the team will automatically apply AMEX discount and confirm Cardmember’s booking.
6. Cardmembers are required to call out the offer at the time of booking to avail the offer.
7. The discount will be provided on the amount exclusive of taxes.
8. The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
9. The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
10. The discount can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
11. The offer is applicable on all room types/categories.
12. Cardmember can raise queries regarding this offer within 7 Days from the date of stay completion. Queries will be resolved within 72 hours from the date of raising the queries.
13. The guest is supposed to book and complete the stay within the offer period to avail the offer. Offer is applicable only on the Best Available Rate.
14. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or packages.
15. Prior reservation is necessary to avail the offer.

17. Reservation staff will take all the necessary details & make sure the Cardmember pays through eligible American Express Card. If Cardmember wants to pay online, Paul Resorts will provide Cardmembers with Airpay link.

19. There are no blackout dates for this offer
20. There is no Minimum Transaction required to avail the offer and there’s no limit on Maximum discount that can be availed under this offer.
21. Cancellation- There is no specific link for the cancellation policy. If a cardmember cancels before 14 days, there will be no cancellation charges levied for all the hotels except for Kumarakom where the cancellation window is 30 days
