• This offer is open to all American Express Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is also valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is also valid for American Express Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards") issued in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. 
• American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash or mobile wallet alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

Offer Details:

• The Cardmember will receive Instant Discount as per the details mentioned in the table above.How do you get it?
• To avail the offer, Cardmember must enter Coupon Code mentioned in the table above in the E-Coupon field.
• The offer is valid on payment made through American Express Cards only.
• The offer is valid on Business class Domestic Flights and International Flights only.
• The offer is valid every Friday from 11th October’24 – 29th November ’24 (both days included) between 0000 Hours and 2359 Hours.
• The offer is valid on 1 booking per Card per MakeMyTrip user during the Offer period i.e., if a Cardmember has used an American Express Card to avail the offer on any day the offer is live. Cardmember cannot use the same Card on same MakeMyTrip account to avail the offer in the same Offer period till offer is valid.
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip website,, mobile site, and mobile app (Android & iOS) only.
• The discount will be calculated on per Booking ID basis and will not be processed for each passenger.
• This offer is also valid on EMI transactions.
• This offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, PayPal, and Gift Card.
• There is no restriction on the number of tickets that can be booked while availing the offer. However, during the offer period, a single Card can be used only once to avail the offer.
• There is no restriction with respect to travel dates or any blackout dates.

Flights Terms & Conditions:

• For Flights, Instant discount will be calculated on the booking amount inclusive of Taxes (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
• This offer is valid on One Way, Round Trips and Multi-City Bookings.

Cancellations:

• In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void and Cardmember will not be eligible for the offer.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Cardmember has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Terms of the Offer:

• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
• If the Cardmember doesn't receive the discount, he/she must claim the same at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any Card related claims, the Cardmember shall approach American Express directly and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
•  MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the Cardmember or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
•  In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
•  User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply.
• Cardmember’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
