• This offer is open to all American Express Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India 
• This offer is valid for American Express Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
•  All the offers in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. 
• American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash or mobile wallet alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

IXIGO Terms & Conditions

Offer 1: Offer on Domestic Flights: Flat 15% Instant Discount up to ₹1,500 on minimum order value of ₹7,500.

Offer 2: Offer on International Flights: Flat 15% Instant Discount up to ₹4,000 on minimum order value of ₹20,000.

• The maximum discount on the Offer for Domestic Flights is ₹1,500 per card per month.
• The maximum discount on the Offer for International Flights is ₹4,000 per card per month.
• The Offer will remain valid only on Saturday & Sunday of every week from Midnight 00:00 hours on 2nd November 2024, to 23:59 hours on 29th December 2024
• To avail the Offer on Domestic Flights, card members are required to use promo code “IXAMEX”
• To avail the Offer on International Flights, card members are required to use code “IXAMEXIN”
• American Express & IXIGO reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. 
• This Offer can be availed only One time per card per month during the Offer (Once for domestic and international bookings).
• The Offer is also applicable on Supplementary cards. 
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing Offer with IXIGO. 
• To avail this offer, card member needs to use the above-mentioned code at the Itinerary page (Cardmember to enter promo code under Offers for You on the Itinerary page)
• Booking needs to be done on the dates mentioned above. Travel date could be any day of the week. 
• There are no restrictions on the Travel date.

• Transactions completed during this Offer period with the appropriate deal/promo code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the Offer.
• Offer valid on IXIGO Website and app only.
• Offer is valid on EMI as well. T&C Apply.
• Discount will be calculated on ticket base fare and not on Convenience fees, taxes and/or ancillaries purchased (Meals, Insurance, Baggage, etc.) will be excluded from the total booking amount for calculation of the discount amount.
• There might be a Convenience Fee applicable (as per merchant partner terms and conditions) on flight bookings through IXIGO. Card members are advised to check the same before booking.
• Card members making payment through any other bank cards will not be eligible for this Offer.
• Incomplete/rejected/invalid/returned/disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be eligible to avail this Offer.
• All card member queries/disputes on the Offer should be raised during the Offer period or within 30 days after the expiry of the promotion period. 
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be encashed.
• For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the invoice for the case to be investigated further.
• If bookings are fully canceled (during and/or outside the Offer period), the corresponding instant discount applicable on that order/transaction will not be granted.
•  The campaign will run as per the Offer Period mentioned above. However, American Express and IXIGO reserve the right to terminate, extend or cut short the Offer at their discretion.
