• This offer is valid for all American Express Consumer and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
•  American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

• This offer is valid for stay from 28th October 2024 till 30th April 2025. 
• To avail the Stay, AMEX Cardmembers are requested to visit www.cghearth.com, click “BOOK NOW”, enter the Destination/Property and apply the promo code.

• The Card member must present the card used for availing the offer at the time of check-in.
• The food & beverages as well as Ayurveda discount will be applicable only for resident guests who are already staying at the property. 
• Offer will be applicable on any food consumed at the in-house restaurants as well as soft and hard beverages.
• Alcoholic beverage service is not allowed below 25 years of age. No outside food & alcoholic beverages are allowed in the restaurants. Any liquor brought into the restaurant by guests will be kept at the reception until checkout. Restaurant will not be held responsible if guests consume outside food and get adversely affected by the bad quality of outside food.
• To avail the offer, Cardmember needs to enter the promocode while making booking via the brand website. Any retrospect benefit cannot be passed to the customer once the billing is done.
• Cardmembers will need to book minimum 2 nights' stay to avail the stay offer.
• The card member needs to stay overnight at one of the participating properties to avail the offer
• Discount will be applied on the rates exclusive of taxes.
• There is no limit to the maximum number of days that a card member can stay at a property.
• Maximum number of rooms that could be booked is 5 per booking.
• There are no exclusions in room types.
• Cardmember are required to carry government issued ID cards/address proof for check-in. 
• Cardmembers can avail the offer multiple times during the offer period. 
• Stay should be completed within the offer period.
• Offer is applicable on Supplementary cards as well.
• The offer is not applicable for EMI transactions. 
• This offer is applicable for all eligible American Express Card members who book with us for stay dates till 30th April 2025 for accommodation and dining at mentioned “participating hotels”.

• All bills need to be settled by the Card member through American Express Card only.
• The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers and promotion on the website/properties.
• These offers cannot be exchanged with cash or other products.
• The card discount under this offer only applies to the room rate and not to any incidental charges (such as room service, laundry, travel bill, conference, banqueting) accrued during the stay.
• This offer is not applicable for bookings made through travel agent, tour operator or any 3rd party online channels and the payment made via non-American Express Card.
