• This offer is valid for all American Express Consumer, Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is also valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is also valid on Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the Terms and Conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express® Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

Flat 10% Discount on select items at select United Colors of Benetton COCO stores (Co. owned and co. operated) for all American Express Cards issued in India. 

1. Flat 10% discount on minimum purchase of INR 4999/- 

2. Flat 10% discount is valid for the purchase of merchandise (apparel only) at the MRP from Exclusive selected Benetton outlets (mentioned in the table here)  Pan India.  Offer is not valid on Franchise stores.

3. Offer Validity: 3rd Oct 2024 till 30th Sept. 2025 (both days included)

4. Customer can avail the discount multiple times during the offer period

5. In the event of a product purchased using a discount offer being exchanged, the exchange will be facilitated for the value paid by the customer, excluding the discount applied through the discount Code.

6. The offer is only applicable at the offline stores. 

7. The offer is also applicable on supplementary cards.

8. The issuance and usage of discount offer are at the sole discretion of Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.

9. Benetton & American Express reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the discount offer, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.10. Benetton reserves the right to cancel the discount offer or refuse to honour transactions that are suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized.

11. By using discount offer, customers agree to the terms of Benetton's privacy policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

13. The queries will be responded within 48hours. 

14. Steps to avail the offer- 

• Step 1: Card member needs to visit any of the nearest exclusive Benetton participating stores to avail the benefit of this offer
• Step 2: Card member needs to give their card (before billing) to the cashier of the participating store & cashier will verify the card /amount of purchase post that the relevant discount will be given to the card member accordingly in the respective bill
• Step 3: In case Card member forget to give their card (before billing) then Benetton store team is not responsible for the same and discount will not be given in that situation.
• Step 4: Card member will get the discount on the bill based on the eligible purchase made from Benetton exclusive participating stores as per the agreed terms of the agreement between Benetton and American Express® Banking Corp.
