6. There are no Blackout dates. 

7. This offer is applicable only in stores. It is not applicable on the Shoppers Stop app or website.

8. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Bank Offer.

9. Net transaction value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less any discount offered to the card holders at the Shoppers Stop retail outlets.

10. The Offer will be valid during the Offer Period only which will be at the sole discretion of Shoppers Stop and American Express.

11. Shoppers Stop shall not be liable, in case, of any misuse or fraudulent use of the Card during the Offer Period and/ or if any Customer/ Card member defaults in paying the purchase amount to the American Express or in case of chargebacks.

12. Shoppers Stop & American Express mutually have the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

13. The decision of Shoppers Stop and American Express will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

14. To avail this offer - cardmember needs to use their American Express card on the Innoviti terminal at the participating store. Instant discount will be provided for the qualifying transaction. 

15. For queries related to the offer, please visit nearest stores between business hours within 7 days from the date of transaction. 

16. This offer is valid once per card during the offer period.
