• This offer is open to all American Express Consumer and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• All the offers in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. 
• Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

• The offer is valid from 6th April 2025 to 5th May 2025 (both days included). 
• The offer can be availed once per card per transaction during the offer period.
• Applicable only on Fashion Stores at Departure, Terminal 2, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai 
• There are no taxes applicable at the participating outlets - – Meridiem, Vue De Luxe, Birkenstock, Hugo Boss, Mont Blanc, Victoria’s Secret, Swarovski, Tumi, Technospree. 
• There are no delivery charges applicable, as the products need to be picked up from the stores. 
• The Cardmembers will be given an Instant Discount at the Point of Sale in store only. (The offer cannot be availed on Adani One App transactions) 
• This offer is not applicable on the purchase of gift cards.
• The offer is also applicable on supplementary cards.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer. 
• The offer is not valid on EMI transactions. 
• The Instant Discount is valid on the total bill value only. 
• The Instant Discount cannot be redeemed in cash. 
• The entire payment needs to be made through an eligible American Express Card to avail the offer.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed in addition to this discount. 
• There are no blackout dates applicable.

• Cardmember will select the products as per their choice (at the mentioned stores) and on qualifying the bill amount, discount will automatically apply at point-of-sale machine & a charge slip highlighting original purchase value, instant discount value & net payable value will be generated. 
• The Instant Discount will be shown as a tender amount in the invoice
