In-Store T&Cs

• Age limit: 3 - 10 years. Children below 3ft (without adult supervision) are not allowed. Not suitable and allowed for kids above 5 ft.
• Only one adult is allowed to enter per child and an adult must accompany the child below age 4 or 3ft. 
• Membership purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Loss/Theft Policy: Lost or stolen membership cards will not be reissued.
• No refunds permissible if certain play/s are not functional on a particular day, irrespective of declarations of availability made.
• Membership once booked is non-refundable. No cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances
• No refund on a purchased membership is possible, even in case of any rescheduling
• Duplicate membership card will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
• No two offers can be combined. Other offers, services, benefits may not be combined with Hamleys Play offers.
• On the purchase of this membership, the holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the Hamleys play and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
• Guests are requested to study various safety signs of all the play and attractions and act accordingly in terms of medical conditions.
• Reliance Brands Limited will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the ticket holder, while in the play.
• Membership package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
• While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure your safety and comfort, the management won`t be liable for any injuries caused.
