• This offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards") issued in India.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.
• American Express and Apple reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. 
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

Offer - Up to Rs. 8,000 instant cashback available with the purchase of an eligible product at the Apple Store Online (www.apple.com/in/store) or at the Apple Store (Apple BKC, Mumbai or Apple Saket, Delhi).

Validity: 1st April 2025 till 30th Jun 2025 (Both Days Inclusive)

• During the promotional period, eligible products and instant cashback values will be as per the products listed at “https://www.apple.com/in/shop/ways-to-buy”. The eligible products and cashback can be altered at any time without prior notice. This link will be redirected to a 3rd party website.
• Instant Cashback is paid upfront by Apple to the Cardmember as a discount from the value of the eligible product at checkout.
• Instant cashback amount will be deducted automatically at checkout when Cardmembers enter their eligible American Express Card details (when transacting on website) or by using eligible American Express Card at the time of billing (while transacting at Apple Store).
• Instant Cashback eligible amount is inclusive of GST. Cardmembers can avail this offer for two orders per rolling 90-day period (for online and offline separately) with an eligible Card during the offer period. I.e., Cardmember can avail this offer for two orders made on Apple website and separately for two orders made in-store per rolling 90-day period. 90 days window starts when the Cardmember makes their first purchase with an eligible American Express Card. The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
• This offer is only valid for purchases of an eligible product in a single transaction on the Apple Store Online (www.apple.com/in/store) or at the Apple Store (Apple BKC, Mumbai or Apple Saket, Delhi). The link mentions the list of participating stores. • There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer with the merchant partner.

• Instant cashback is based on your final transaction amount less any trade-in credit (if applicable) and any other deductions. For No Cost EMI, the amount equivalent to the total amount of interest payable on an EMI transaction will be deducted from Cardmember’s total transaction value upon choosing the No Cost EMI payment option.
