• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. • During the promotional period, eligible products and instant cashback values will be as per the products listed on the following link “https://www.apple.com/in/shop/ways-to-buy”, the eligible products and cashback can be altered at any time without prior notice. This link will be redirected to a 3rd party website.
• Instant Cashback is paid upfront by Apple to the Cardmember as a discount from the value of the eligible product at checkout.
• Instant cashback amount will be deducted automatically at checkout when Cardmembers enter their eligible American Express Card details (when transacting on website) or by using eligible American Express Card at the time of billing (while transacting at Apple Store).
• Instant Cashback eligible amount is inclusive of GST. Cardmembers can avail this offer for two orders per rolling 90 day period (for online and offline separately) with an eligible Card during the offer period. I.e., Cardmember can avail this offer for two orders made on Apple website and separately for two orders made in-store per rolling 90 day period). 90 days window starts when the Cardmember makes their first purchase with an eligible American Express Card. The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.

•  Instant cashback is based on your final transaction amount less any trade-in credit (if applicable) and any other deductions. • Instant cashback under this offer is not available or applicable on purchases made from the Apple Store Online for Education or under the Corporate Employee Purchase Program. 
• No Cost EMI offer - Apple will offer 3, 6, 9 and 12 months no cost EMI for the term of the offer : https://www.apple.com/in/shop/ways-to-buy. For No Cost EMI, the amount equivalent to the total amount of interest payable on an EMI transaction will be deducted from Cardmember’s total transaction value upon choosing the No Cost EMI payment option. For No Cost EMI offer, American Express will charge full interest along with GST/taxes as applicable from the Cardmember. Cardmember will have to repay the principal amount and applicable interest along with GST/taxes as applicable for his/her eligible American Express Credit Card.
