Dr Dang’s Lab Terms and condition for Platimum Cardmembers

• Capped tests are excluded from the offer which includes RT-PCR and tests either capped by Government or by certain bodies such as IPAQT.
• Prior booking is mandatory to avail the discount. No discount to be provided on home collection charges.
• Discount is extended to family members. Family to mean spouse and parents only.
• Offer can be availed by Platinum Cardmembers by reaching out to their Platinum Concierge Service or cardmembers can directly email on  amex@drdangslab.com or call on 9999992020 24 hours prior to make an appointment to avail the discount. This is applicable for both walk-in customers and home collection services. 
• Offer can be availed by Gold cardmembers by sending an email directly on amex@drdangslab.com or call on 9999992020 24 hours prior to make an appointment to avail the discount. This is applicable for both walk-in customers and home collection services. 
• Card Member can also avail these discounts by sending direct email to dedicated Dr Dang’s Lab American Express ID along with patient’s mobile number: amex@drdangslab.com or can alternatively call on the AMEX Concierge 24 hours prior to walk-in and home collection. Once the email is received Dr. Dang’s Lab team will call back (within 6 working hours) for taking test details and to convey prevailing tariff inclusive of taxes.
• Customers should present their American Express Card at the time of invoicing/billing & ask for the discount.
• To receive the discount, transactions should be charged in FULL to the American Express Card & customer should carry/provide at home collection a valid govt ID proof at the time of registration. 
• Outlet staff will provide the discount as per test category/health package. 
• All the discounts would be given on the prevailing tariff inclusive of taxes. 
• Offer Validity –13 Jan 2023 – 31 Dec 2023. (Both dates included)
• Queries related to the offer will be entertained only till 15 days from the date of transaction.
• Card holders can avail home collection facility for lab services on chargeable basis. No discount to be provided on home collection charges. For home collection, CM need to contact lab 24 hours prior to the test on customer’s helpline number 9999992020 or send an email to amex@drdangslab.com for booking the test. 
• No direct walk-in and home collection will be able to avail discount unless booked with prior notice as per process given above.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period. 
• There is no maximum cap on the discount value.

• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
