• This offer is open to all American Express Consumer Cardmember(s) whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
•  This offer is not valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.
• This offer is not valid for American Express Corporate cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India 
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. 
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

SWIGGY INSTAMART TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Eligibility Criteria:
  The cashback offer is applicable only on the orders placed on Swiggy Instamart.
• Spend Will be Consider for Calendar Month. For March : Spend will be Considered from 5th March 2025 to 31st March 2025. For April : 1st April to 30th April, For May : 1st May to 31st May.
• Orders placed in any other category on the Swiggy app like Food Delivery, Dineout, Genie will not be eligible. 
• The spends will be calculated as per the total bill value against which the customer would have made the payment. 
• All spends will be calculated per unique Swiggy Instamart Account.
• The spends calculated would be inclusive of taxes and delivery fees.
• The Offer is also valid on supplementary cards.
• The offer is applicable on all items listed on Swiggy Instamart.
• The users must ensure that their Swiggy wallet is active for the cashback to be credited. Only the orders placed on Swiggy Instamart via eligible American Express cards are eligible to be included in the spend calculation. 
• Orders placed on Swiggy Instamart but not paid via eligible American Express cards will not be eligible to be included in the spends for the offer
• Orders placed from a single user account will be considered for spend calculation. If a user has more than one account on Swiggy, the spends under each account will be considered separately and therefore cannot be clubbed for eligibility.

• Any Query/escalation shall be responded to within 48 hours of raising the same.
• Swiggy shall be open to take queries/escalations related to this offer till 30th June 2025.
• Credit/refund/cancellation of the order will be adjusted at the end of the month before the processing of the cashback. Cardmembers can refer to https://www.swiggy.com/refund-policy.
• Eligibility will be basis cumulative spend of all cards in the Swiggy Instamart account. Example: If a Card member has 2 cards under a single Swiggy Instamart account, cumulative spends will be considered to check eligibility on the threshold. 
• Card Members can check the spend slab by following the below steps:

1. Go to My Account
2. Go to Past Orders
3. Calculate your total spend basis order history. (Cashback, cancelled and Refund will not be considered)

Cashback Fulfillment:

• The cashback will be credited in the Swiggy wallet of the user.

• The cashback will be credited in the wallet linked with the same user account on which the orders were placed.

• The cashback for the month will be credited by 10th of the subsequent month.

Swiggy Wallet T&Cs:

• Swiggy Money can be used to pay for all Swiggy orders (Food, Instamart, Genie, DineOut etc).

• Swiggy Money balance carries a validity of 1 year from the date of credit on Swiggy.

• Any balance in Swiggy money account, cannot be transferred to a bank account or any other Swiggy money account as per RBI guidelines.

• Any balance in the Swiggy Money account cannot be used to purchase any Gift vouchers.

• Swiggy money is powered by underlying pre-paid instrument (PPI) Gift Card by Razorpay.

Steps to Activate Swiggy Wallet:

• Open the Swiggy app.

• Go to your profile: Tap on the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen.

• Select "Swiggy Money and Gift Cards"

• Tap on "Activate Wallet": If you haven't already activated your Swiggy Wallet, you'll see an "Activate Wallet" option. Tap on it.

• Enter your mobile number associated with your Swiggy account.

• Verify your mobile number: Swiggy will send a verification code to your mobile number. Enter the code to verify your mobile number.

• Complete the flow to activate your wallet immediately.
