• This offer is open to all American Express Consumer, Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. Offer Validity: This offer is valid from 1st September 2024 – 31st December 2024, both days included. 

• Discount is not applicable on alcohol.
• Cardmembers need to call out the offer before billing at the outlet.
• No minimum transaction amount required to avail the offer. 
• A basic and a supplementary cardmember can avail the offer separately.
• There is no other exclusion under the offer. 
• The offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period. 
• The offer is not valid on alcoholic beverages.
• No prior reservation is required to avail the offer. 
• No limit on maximum number of people to be allowed in one reservation/bill.
• The discount is exclusive of taxes.
• Extending offers is subject to availability.
• The offer is applicable only on dine-in
•  Above offer is applicable only on payments made for dine in at the outlet.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers and discounts offered In-store.
•  DOLOMITE RESTAURANTS PRIVATE LTD and American Express reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.
• The offer is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• It is not mandatory for the Any Bank cardholders to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary. Participation in the Offer by the Cardholder will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the Offer.
