• Steps to avail the offer: Amex shall ensure that the following terms and conditions of the offer is shared with its Platinum Charge Cardmembers.

• Platinum Charge Cardmembers are advised to Call the Platinum Concierge Services 2 weeks in advance to make a reservation. 
• Platinum Concierge Services checks with the respective restaurants team 72-hours prior to the reservation date and time and the restaurants team will have to confirm basis availability. For eg. If a guest query is for lunch on the 5th of the month, the concierge team will have to check with the respective restaurant reservation team on or before 12 noon on 2nd of the month. • Offer is provided on first come first serve basis and it’s valid for 3 tables per day for American Express.
• Guests need to adhere to the seating timings, kids’ policy & no corkage policy.
• If the guest wants a higher priced wine, cocktail or dessert, which is not from the specific list for Amex, that item will not be compensated in the order (‘Comorin’ will not adjust the INR amount of the higher priced item). 
• The complimentary glass of wine or cocktail cannot be replaced with any other alcoholic beverage. The complimentary dessert platter cannot be replaced with any other item from the menu. 
• If the guest doesn’t want the specific wine or cocktail offer, all the guests will be provided with a mocktail.
• There is no minimum order value to avail this offer.
• Offer can be availed by each Platinum charge card holder’s multiple times during the offer period subject to applicable booking process is followed.
• Once reservation is done and payment is made, cardmembers can request for cancellation.
• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.  
• No other earning of Comorin’s loyalty points will be applicable while availing this offer. 
• No request for cashback/discount would be entertained later if the cardmember doesn’t avail the offer after reservation/payment.
