Annual Fee
The annual fee for the American Express® Gold Card is US$300. The annual fee for up to 5 Additional Cards is US$65. The annual fee for 6 or more Additional Cards is US$65 for each Card.
Additional Cards
At your request we may issue Cards to additional Card Members. They do not have accounts with us, but they can use your Account subject to the terms of this Agreement. We may report additional Card Member’s use of your Account to credit reporting agencies. You are responsible for all use of your Account by additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use your Account. You must pay for all charges they make. You authorize us to give additional Card Members information about your Account and to discuss it with them. If you want to cancel an additional Card member’s right to use your Account (and cancel their Card) you must tell us. The annual fee for up to 5 Additional Cards is US$65. The annual fee for 6 or more Additional Cards is US$65 for each Card.
Priority Pass™
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll as a Member of the Priority Pass program. These Terms and Conditions govern American Express® Gold Card Members' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ program. Priority Pass™ is an independent airport lounge access program. You will receive two (2) visits to a Priority Pass™ lounge per year at no charge which you may use for yourself or a guest. Some lounges do not admit guests. By enrolling in Priority Pass™, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional visits beyond the two per year at no charge and that your Card will be automatically charged after the additional visits have been reported to Priority Pass™ by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass™. Priority Pass™ will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass™ program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, as long as your Gold Card account is not cancelled, you may access participating Priority Pass™ lounges by presenting your Priority Pass™ Card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass™ member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass™ members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass™ lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass™ members must adhere to the Priority Pass™ Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrolment information, Priority Pass™ will send your Priority Pass™ Card and membership package which you should receive within 2-4 weeks. If you have not received the Priority Pass card after 4 weeks, please contact American Express using the number on the back of your American Express® Card. To receive immediate access to the lounges after enrolling in Priority Pass, you can activate your membership online by using your Priority Pass membership details to receive a Digital Membership Card. Travel Accident Insurance

Coverage is determined by the Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions of policy BDA002 and is subject to change with notice. This document does not supplement or replace the policy. If other insurance is available to You which provides the same or similar coverage as that provided by this Plan, this Plan becomes excess and you will be paid only that portion of the Covered Incident benefit which is not reimbursed by other insurance up to Our limits.
Car Rental Loss and Damage
Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance Plan is underwritten by Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, Administrative Office, The Corporate Center, Resolución #33, Suite 500, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00920. Coverage is determined by the Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions of policy 58US3775 and is subject to change with notice. This document does not supplement or replace the policy. Certain restrictions apply. Card Member should not accept the insurance CDW offered by the rental company. Some vehicles are not covered. If other insurance is available to You which provides the same or similar coverage as that provided by this Plan, this Plan becomes excess and you will be paid only that portion of the Covered Incident benefit which is not reimbursed by other insurance up to Our limits. Gold Card Members are insured internationally, except for vehicles rented in Australia, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Jamaica and New Zealand. No cover is provided for auto rental for a Card Member within their country of official residence.

Baggage Assistance
This service is subject to the Terms, Conditions and Exclusions of AXA Assistance USA, Inc. This service is not available for residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. See your Card Member agreement for more information. This services is not insurance. Service may not be available in countries where the US Department of State has current travel warning issued or in countries where the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has active economic or trade sanctions or that are subject to other applicable trade or economic sanctions, laws and regulations. The Card Member should consider the restrictions on services related to international laws on sanctions before planning the trip. Additionally, no services will be available in any country or territory where the existing infrastructure is deemed inadequate by AXA to guarantee service. No Pre-Set Spending Limit
No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Purchasing power adjusts with your use of the Card, your payment history, credit record and financial resources known to us, and other factors.
Express Cash
Enrollment in Express Cash is required. When you withdraw cash at an ATM, your bank account will be debited the amount of the withdrawal (inclusive of any ATM operator or network fees) plus a fee of 3% of the total amount of your transaction or US$5, whichever is greater. There may be a delay between the date of your cash withdrawal and the date that the total amount of your transaction, including applicable fees, is debited from your designated bank account. Please ensure that your designated bank account has sufficient funds to cover the amount of your transaction, including applicable fees. If a transaction is not honored by your bank for any reason, we will charge the amount of the transaction, including applicable fees, as well as an additional fee of US$38, to your Card account. American Express will impose limits on the amount of each cash withdrawal. Your bank or the ATM owner may also charge additional fees, including ATM and overdraft fees, and may impose its own limits on the amount of each cash withdrawal. By using Express Cash, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms of the Electronic Fund Transfer agreement, which is provided to you when you receive your Card.
