This information pertains to the International Dollar Cards offered to residents of certain countries within Latin America and the Caribbean (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
General Questions About the Card
Q. Are all The Cards accepted globally?
A. Yes, all of our Cards are accepted worldwide, wherever you see The American Express® Card Welcome Sign.
Q. Do you offer Additional Cards on accounts?
A. Additional Cards are available, however the basic Cardmember is is responsible for all use of the Account by additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use the Account. You must pay for all charges they make.

Q. How do I report my Card lost or stolen?
A. By calling Customer Service as soon as possible.

Q. If I am an American Express Cardmember, how do I stop marketing materials from being sent to me by American Express?
A. all the number at the back of your card you update/Change marketing preferences or you may change it using this link as well. Please, note that you may continue to receive marketing materials from American Express for a short time, after your preference has been noted.
Q. Can I obtain cash using the Card?
A. You can obtain cash at ATMs accepting the American Express Card. To enroll, call 1-800-CASH-NOW. Upon enrollment, we will send you a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You may change your PIN at any time. You must use your PIN along with your Card when withdrawing cash from an ATM and you will be asked to provide information designating the bank account that will be used for this service.Terms and Conditions Apply

Q. How do I access my account information online?
A. You can access your account online by enrolling in Online Services. To enroll, you will need to provide information available on your American Express card and verify your personal information. Click here to learn more about online services or to enroll now.
Q. How do I sign up for Paperless?
A. You must first sign up for Online Services, the secure and convenient way to verify and manage your account online at any time of day or night. Log in or Sign up now for Online Services and then click on the ‘Sign up for Paperless’ button, located on Management Account menú.
Signing up for this service is quick and simple. All you have to do is select the American Express Card you want to register, confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, confirm your email address and select your preferred method of delivery for the Statements.
