The amendments in relation to the complimentary meal set entitlement under the Plaza Premium Lounge Offer Terms & Conditions

With effect from August 1, 2024, free flow of soft drinks or juice in the complimentary meal set entitlement will be adjusted to one (1) glass of soft drink or juice.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Basic and Supplementary Centurion Members, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of The Platinum Card^®, American Express^® Peninsula Platinum Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (American Express) (“Eligible Card”) are eligible to enjoy a complimentary lounge access (“Offer”) once per day.

2. Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express Explorer^® Credit Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express (“Eligible Card”) are eligible to enjoy either a complimentary lounge access or a complimentary meal set at designated dining outlets (“Offer”) once per day, a total of 8 times every calendar year. Please refer to below for more details of the designated dining outlets and respective meal set. Each of the 8 complimentary lounge accesses can be used at any one of the following dining outlets (the list of designated dining outlets is subject to change from time to time without prior notice) for dine-in or takeaway, unless otherwise specified. The menus of the complimentary meal set provided by the dining outlets vary by locations, Eligible Cardmembers should contact the specific dining outlet for details.

* Each access includes a complimentary meal set entitlement (dine-in or takeaway), including an appetizer or soup, main course and one (1) glass of soft drink or juice.

3. Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express^® Charter Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express (“Eligible Card”) are eligible for two complimentary visits per year by presenting their valid lounge coupon for each entry. The coupon and an Eligible Card (as defined in clause 3) are required to be presented at the lounge reception. Photocopy of the coupon is not accepted. Each coupon entitles the Cardmember to one complimentary visit to the lounge or a one-time complimentary service as stated on the coupon.

4. Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express^® Gold Business Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express (“Eligible Card”) are eligible for a total of two complimentary visits per year.

5. Cardmembers are also required to present the Eligible Card (as defined in clause 1, 2, 3, 4) in his or her name along with boarding pass for the same day or the following day travel at the lounge reception for accessing Plaza Premium Lounge or receiving the mentioned Offer.

6. Basic and Supplementary Centurion Members, Basic and Supplementary Cardmember of The Platinum Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express may bring up to two travel companions into the lounge at no cost and enjoy 30% discount on the fee for each additional guest (except for the service locations in Beijing and Shanghai).

7. Relevant applicable fee such as entrance fee for a guest will be charged to Cardmember's Eligible Card Account.

8. Facilities vary by location. Cardmember is to contact the specific lounge for details of available facilities. Use of the lounge is subject to the lounge’s terms and conditions.

9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Plaza Premium Lounge Terms and Conditions apply.

12. Plaza Premium Lounge is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

14. In case of any dispute, the decision of American Express shall be final.

15. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

16. The English version shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
