Klook Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The "Klook Offer” (”Offer”) is valid at designated Promotion Period for Eligible Transactions. For the details of Promotion Period, please refer to clause 4 of these Terms of Conditions.
   
   
2. All payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.  
   
   
3. How to enjoy the Offer:
   
   During the Promotion Period, only Eligible Cardmembers who have a Klook Hong Kong account (“Klook user account”, that is registered at designated Klook HK website (https://www.klook.com/en-HK/tetris/promo/amex/?aid=61269) (“Klook website”) or its mobile application and conduct a single net spending of a designated product upon a designated amount via Klook website or its mobile application with the Eligible American Express Cards during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”), and enter the designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) during checkout will be entitled to the offer (“Offer”). 
   
   
4. Offer Details:
   
   Offer 1: Promotion Period is from September 4, 2024 12:00 pm [GMT+8] to October 27, 2024 11:59pm [GMT+8]. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who spend a net amount of HK$500 or above in a single transaction with Eligible American Express Cards on the designated Klook website or mobile application can enjoy a HK$50 savings by entering the designated Promo Code at checkout. Promo Code will be released at 12:00pm at designated date with 3,000 quotas respectively (24,000 quotas in total) on the desiganted Klook website and mobile application. Designated date: September 4, 9,16,23, 30, 2024, October 7,14 and 21, 2024.
   
   Offer 2: Promotion Period is from September 4, 2024 12:00 noon [GMT+8] to October 27, 2024 11:59pm [GMT+8] .During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who spend a net amount of HK$1,000 or above in the single transaction with Eligible American Express Cards on the designated Klook website or mobile application can enjoy a HK$120 savings by entering the designated Promo Code at checkout. Promo Code will be released at 12:00pm at designated date with 1,000 quotas respectively (8,000 quotas in total) on the desiganted Klook website and mobile application. Designated date: September 4, 9,16,23, 30, 2024, October 7,14 and 21, 2024.
   
   Offer 3: Promotion Period is from September 6, 2024 12:00 noon [GMT+8] to September 30, 2024 11:59pm [GMT+8]. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who spend for Global designated Theme Parks, Attraction tickets and Water Parks in a single transaction with Eligible American Express Cards on the designated Klook website or mobile application can enjoy up to 90% savings by entering the designated Promo Code at checkout. The maximum discount amount for a single transaction is HK$500. Promo Code will be released at on the desiganted Klook website and mobile application on September 6, 2024 at 12:00pm [GMT+8] with 500 quotas in total.
   
   Offer quotas will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stock lasts. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of Klook which shall be conclusive. Message will be shown on the Klook website when the quota is reached.
   
   
5. The Offer is not applicable to some items and activities as specified by the Klook from time to time. Please contact Klook for details. 
   
   
6. Only one Promo Code can be applied to each Eligible Transaction. Each Eligible Cardmember’s Klook user account can enjoy each Promo Code once during the Promotion Period.
   
   
7. American Express and Klook will not be liable if an Eligible Cardmembers fail to input the Promo Code when conducting the Eligible Transactions. After entering the Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable Eligible Transaction and display the discount on the transaction page. 
   
   
8. Once the Eligible Cardmember has entered and used the Promo Code, Eligible Cardmember must use the Eligible American Express Cards to settle the full payment. No change to the payment method will be allowed. 
   
   
9. Eligible Cardmembers are required to settle payment in full with an Eligible American Express Cards during the designated Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. The Offer is NOT applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by American Express from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), or any other type of transaction as determined by American Express from time to time.
   
   
10. Klook is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
    
    
11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
    
    
12. American Express and Klook are not liable for and will not indemnify Cardmembers for any failure in using the promo code whether because the promo code has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.  
    
    
13. American Express and Klook reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse. 
    
    
14. American Express and Klook reserve the rights to amend or cancel the Offer without prior notice.

16. American Express and Klook reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Klook. 
    
    
17. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
