1. Offer is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise stated.
2. Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 10-14, March 29-31, April 1, May 1, June 10, July 1, September 18, October 1 & 11 and December 24-26 & 31, 2024.
3. Offer is applicable to customers who make reservation through designated email or phone booking. 
4. 14 days advance reservation is required and subject to room availability.
5. 10% service charge applied and will be based on the original price.

7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with hotel packages. 
8. The offer is available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated. 
9. Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.  
10. To redeem an offer, purchase should be charged in full to an American Express Card. 
11. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
