1. The Offer is valid at physical store of Wing On Department Stores, including the Sheung Wan Main Store, wing on Plus (Nathan Road) and wing on Plus (Tsim Sha Tsui East) only (“Wing On Department Stores”) from June 14, 2024 to July 1, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. The Offer is available to Basic and Supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc.  (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period.

3. Cardmembers who settle with American Express US Dollar Card, American Express Corporate® Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. Purchase must be charged in full with an Eligible American Express Card within the Promotion Period to participate in this Promotion.

5. Eligible Cardmembers with an accumulated net spending of every HK$1,200 on the same day (maximum 3 same-day invoices; minimum net spending per invoice must be HK$100 or above; except designated counters and consignments, and stamp redemption campaign) (“Eligible invoice”) will be entitled to 1 HK$30 Wing On cash coupon.

6. A maximum of 2 HK$30 Wing On cash coupons can be redeemed with each eligible American Express Card during the Promotion Period.

7. The HK$30 Wing On cash coupon can be used for the next spending at any Wing On Department Store (except designated counters and consignments).

8. There is no minimum spend for using the HK$30 Wing On cash coupon, and there is no limit on the maximum quantity of Wing On cash coupons to be used in a single transaction.

10. The valid period of the HK$30 Wing On cash coupon is from June 14, 2024 to July 31, 2024.

11. The HK$30 Wing On cash coupon is available while stocks last.

12. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase of Wing On Gift Certificates, stamp redemption items and tobacco products.

13. Other Terms and Conditions apply for the Wing On shopping coupons (including but not limited to Wing On cash coupons):

13.1 Applicable to the printed Wing On shopping coupons:

13.1.1 The printed Wing On shopping coupon(s) must be presented upon payment. The printed Wing On shopping coupon(s) can be used once only and will be retained by Wing On Department Stores.

13.1.2 Photocopies of the shopping coupon(s) will not be accepted.

13.1.3 The printed Wing On shopping coupons cannot be used for Wing On NETshop.

13.1.4 The printed Wing On shopping coupon(s) is not valid unless it bears the company’s chop.

13.2 The Wing On shopping coupon(s) can be used for one transaction only unless otherwise specified. No change will be given for any unused balance.

13.3 The Wing On shopping coupon(s) cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

13.4 The Wing On shopping coupon(s) can be used for purchases from different counters (except designated counters and consignment goods) at the same time unless otherwise specified.

13.5 The Wing On shopping coupon(s) is offered upon purchase of goods. In case of returning the goods, the coupon(s) must be surrendered together. 

13.6 Duplicated, used or incomplete Wing On shopping coupons will not be accepted. Wing On shopping coupons are voided if altered or tampered with. The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, defective, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Wing On shopping coupons. The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited’s record in relation to issue and usage of Wing On shopping coupons shall be final and conclusive.

13.7 The Wing On shopping coupon(s) shall be voided upon expiry.

14. The promotional Offer (including but not limited to promotional items, stamps, redemption items, free gifts, Wing On cash coupons): 

14.1 Eligible Cardmembers must present the same-day Wing On Department Stores invoice(s) to be eligible for the Offer.

14.2 The invoice(s) used for the Offer redemption will be stamped and cannot be used for the next Offer redemption. The balance of stamped invoice(s) will not be eligible for the next Offer redemption.

14.3 The promotional Offer is available while stocks last.

14.4 The promotional Offer is applicable to designated model(s). For details, please check with Wing On Department Stores.

14.5 The plastic shopping bag charging is applicable to all giveaway bags that are made wholly or partly of plastic. The charge of plastic bag is not included in the eligible transaction.

14.6 The promotional Offer is not for re-sale, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item.

14.7 Photos are for reference only.

14.8 Prices and Offers quoted at stores and Wing On NETshop shall prevail.

14.9 The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change the content and price of products, terms and conditions without further notice.

15. The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

16. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. American Express and The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

18. In case of dispute, the decision of American Express and The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right of final decision.

19. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
