"Explorer at Our House" Staycation Package Terms and Conditions:

1. “Explorer at Our House” staycation package at The Upper House offer (“Offer”) is only valid for bookings at the designated website (https://bit.ly/2TVZLMo) between 12:01am on August 20 to 11:59pm on December 21, 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Offer is applicable for stays from August 20 until December 21, 2021, both dates inclusive (“Stay Period”).
3. Offer is applicable to the Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express Explorer^TM Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards” and accordingly the “Eligible Cardmembers”).
4. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with the Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period.
5. Advanced reservation at the designated website (https://bit.ly/2TVZLMo) is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation. 
6. 10% service charge applies.
7. In-suite dining credit of HK$1,500 may not be used in conjunction to any other offer.
8. In-suite dining credit may only be used during the stay, any unused credit shall be forfeited and may not be exchanged for cash or refunded.
9. “Explorer at Our House” staycation package items can only be used during the stay.
10. Eligible Card details are required upon reservation to guarantee the booking.
11. Eligible Cardmember(s) must be one of the registered guests during the stay. 
12. Offer is applicable to new bookings only and is not applicable to group bookings.
13. Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
14. Cancellation or amendments can be made before 4pm one day prior to the arrival date.  The first night room rate will be charged for no show or late cancellation.
15. The offer is applicable for accommodation only. Please contact The Upper House’s team at sales@upperhouse.com for private events or wedding enquiries.
16. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products and services.
17. Rates are per room, per night and do not include applicable mandatory property fees (e.g. resort fees or service charges), gratuities or government-imposed taxes, service charges, levies or surcharges, unless otherwise stated.
18. Eligible Cardmembers must adhere to hotel suite's maximum occupancy and to any Government regulations. Please check with The Upper House for details.
19. The Upper House is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offer(s) offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
20. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. American Express and The Upper House reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
22. In case of any dispute arising from this Offer, the decision of American Express and The Upper House shall be final.
23. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The Upper House 5X Membership Rewards^® Points Terms and Conditions:

1. Extra 2 Membership Rewards points (“Offer”) for every HK$1 spent at Upper House is valid between August 13 to December 21, 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligible Cardmembers will accrue 3 Membership Rewards points for every HK$1 spent on eligible local transactions with an Eligible Card from the basic points earned under the American Express Membership Rewards Program. Relevant Terms and Conditions apply.
3. Offer is applicable to Cardmembers of American Express ExplorerTM Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holder, "Eligible Cardmember"). 
4. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmember must settle the payment in full with Eligible Card at Upper House within the Promotion Period.
5. Extra Membership Rewards points earned from this Promotion Offer will be credited directly to basic Cardmember’s account within 8 weeks after the last day of the Promotion Period.
6. American Express Membership Rewards points will accrue to the nearest dollar for each transaction.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, accumulation of spending for the program in each Eligible Card members’ account shall also include the spending of Eligible Cards’ supplementary cards issued under that Eligible Card members’ account. 
8. Adjustments will be made to the points accrued in the Membership Rewards Program Account opened for a Eligible Cardmember (“Program Account”) if there are any credits posted to the Program Account including those arising from returned goods or services or from billing disputes.
