Terms and Conditions 

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from January 6, 2024 to January  28, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.

3. Offers are only applicable to the following designated Selected Chinese New Year products. Please visit T'ang Court at +852 2132 7888 and tlhkg.tang.court@langhamhotels.com for further details.

4. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Valid voucher or e-voucher with unique QR code must be presented for redemption of the Chinese New Year items at at The Langham Hotel, Tang Court. The pick-up date for puddings is valid from 6 to 28 January 2025, HKT 11:00am - 9:00pm. The redemption period of Poon Choi is from 1 to 22 December 2024 & 1 January to 6 February 2025, HKT 11:00am - 9:00pm.  Redemption date and time cannot be extended.

5. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. 
 

6. Offers are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. 
 

7. Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. Out-of-stock merchandise will be substituted by similar items of the same value without prior notice. 
 

8. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Discounts are not accumulative.
 

9. The Langham, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 

11. American Express and The Langham, Hong Kong reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

13. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and The Langham, Hong Kong shall be final.
 

14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
