Terms and Conditions 

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from November 29, 2024 to December 24, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

▪ Enjoy Extra 5% savings upon net purchase of HK$10,000 or above in a single transaction on Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong Christmas hampers

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

3. This offer is applicable to orders made by phone call (+852) 2252 5320 (11:00 – 20:00 daily) or email (festive.khhk@thekerryhotels.com) and payments made at Festive Counter, locates at hotel lobby, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong with Eligible Card.

4. To redeem hampers, please place your order at least 3 working days prior to your preferred collection date. If certain products are unavailable upon receipt of the order, products with the same value will be substituted. 
 

5. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Shangri-La Circle Award Points, other discounts, promotions,
offers or vouchers.

7. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Discounts are not accumulative.

8. American Express and Shangri-La Group reserves the right to amend orwithdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Shangri-La Group’s decision shall remain final and binding. 

9.  Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Shangri-La Group shall be final.
 

13. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Remarks: In particular to this agreement, the merchant will not transfer any customers’ personal nor transaction data to American Express.
