Cardmembers must first make an appointment with the Harrods Personal Shopping Team via (_Retail_Managers_PersonalShopping@harrods.com) at least 48-hour (excluding Saturday & Sunday) in advance from the appointment date. Each appointment is valid for up to three hours for a maximum of three adults.

Dining Experience Offer - Terms & Conditions
- The Dining Experience Offer at Harrods Knightsbridge is valid from March 28 to August 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) with details below.
- Register as a Harrods Rewards member and spend GBP 1,000 or above in one single transaction at Harrods Knightsbridge in-store to receive a complimentary three-course set menu with champagne or non-alcoholic beverage for two persons at Studio Frantzén (worth GBP 118) on the 5/F at Harrods Knightsbridge (“Offer ").
- To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the full payment with Basic or Supplementary Card of Centurion® Card or The Platinum Card®, in the form of either physical Card or in digital wallet. issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers").
- Harrods staff, agents and their immediate families are excluded from participation.
- Each Eligible Cardmember may only redeem the Dining Experience Offer once during the Promotion Period.
- Eligible Cardmembers shall bring along eligible on-day receipt and their Eligible Cards to Customer Service Desk on the 3/F of Harrods Knightsbridge for validation and to receive the dining voucher for the Offer.
- Bookings must be made in advance for Offer and subject to availability. Bookings may be made directly at i) the Customer Service Desk of Harrods Knightsbridge, ii) calling Custom er Service Desk at (+44) 020 7730 1234 or iii) via calling the designated contact number stated on the voucher and quoted with the unique voucher code.
- Original dining voucher and the eligible Card (physical / in digital wallet) shall be presented upon redeeming Offer at the restaurants. Copies, pictures and/or duplications of the dining voucher will not be accepted.
- The dining voucher will be expired by December 31, 2024. Unused voucher beyond the end date shall be forfeited. American Express accepts no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
