Terms and Conditions of the exclusive reservation function of American Express EV charging parking slot at Festival Walk:
 

1. The exclusive reservation function of the American Express EV charging parking space at Festival Walk (“Offer”) is valid from September 9, 2024 to December 31, 2025. (“Promotion Period”). 
   
   
2. The exclusive reservation function of the American Express EV charging parking space at Festival Walk is only eligible for American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible American Express Cardmembers"). American Express US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.


3. Eligible American Express Cardmembers must be registered as Cornerstone GO EV Charging Members and use their Eligible Card as the last wallet top-up method in the Cornerstone app to enjoy the exclusive reservation function. 
   
   
4. The real-time reservation is based on one electric vehicle charging space. If the Eligible American Express Cardmember made another reservation in the Cornerstone account, please complete the reservation (Press “Arrive & Charge”) or cancel it before making another reservation.
   
   
5. All reservation services can only be used when the wallet balance or coupon balance is HK$0 or above. If the wallet has a negative balance, Cardmember has to top-up the wallet with Eligible American Express Card before making the Reservation.
   
   
6. Each Eligilbe Cardmember can make up to 5 reservations per day. If the reservation reaches the daily limit, the Cardmember can only be made a new reservation at the following day.
   
   
7. The reservation is free to cancel accordingly to the "Free Cancellation Period" shown.


8. Eligilbe Cardmembers must operate and complete the reservation within the "Free Cancellation Period", including but not limited to: confirming the electric vehicle's arrival and parking in the American Express EV charging parking space at Festival Walk and use the designated EV charger to start charging. Otherwise, the "Reservation Fee" (e.g. unable to arrive on schedule or cancel the reservation after "Free Cancellation Period”) will be automatically charged without further notice.


9. Reservation Fee is based on the displayed price, with 15 minutes as one calculation unit. If less than 15 minutes, it will calculate as one unit. "Reservation Fee" will be based on the "Your Reservation Period" as the reference to calculate the maximum number of chargeable minutes. “Reservation Fee” is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. Reservation will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.
   


10. The reservation record will be based on the server system time. Once the reservation is confirmed, the system will automatically start calculating the "Free Cancellation Period".
    
    
11. The reservation function is an online function for Cornerstone GO EV Charging members, and it is subject to the conditions during that period of time, or it may be canceled or become unavailable due to the following conditions without further notice, including but not limited to: the American Express EV charging Parking Space Status, Parking Space Usage, Charger Status, and Special Environmental Factors.
    
    
12. American Express and Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited will not be responsible if the Cardmember fails to use the reserved American Express EV charging electric vehicle parking space or use the designated charger to charge (including but not limited to: traffic conditions, parking queue, etc.), and the Reservation Fee will not be refunded.
    
    
13. Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
15. American Express and Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited.
