Terms and Conditions of the exclusive reservation function of American Express EV charging parking slot at Festival Walk:
 

1. The exclusive reservation function of the American Express EV charging parking space at Festival Walk (“Offer”) is valid from September 9, 2024 to December 31, 2025. (“Promotion Period”). 
   
   
2. The exclusive reservation function of the American Express EV charging parking space at Festival Walk is only eligible for American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible American Express Cardmembers"). American Express US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.


3. Eligible American Express Cardmembers must be registered as Cornerstone GO EV Charging Members and use their Eligible Card as the last wallet top-up method in the Cornerstone app to enjoy the exclusive reservation function. 
   
   
4. The real-time reservation is based on one electric vehicle charging space. If the Eligible American Express Cardmember made another reservation in the Cornerstone account, please complete the reservation (Press “Arrive & Charge”) or cancel it before making another reservation.
   
   
5. All reservation services can only be used when the wallet balance or coupon balance is HK$0 or above. If the wallet has a negative balance, Cardmember has to top-up the wallet with Eligible American Express Card before making the Reservation.
   
   
6. Each Eligilbe Cardmember can make up to 5 reservations per day. If the reservation reaches the daily limit, the Cardmember can only be made a new reservation at the following day.
   
   
7. The reservation is free to cancel accordingly to the "Free Cancellation Period" shown.


8. Eligilbe Cardmembers must operate and complete the reservation within the "Free Cancellation Period", including but not limited to: confirming the electric vehicle's arrival and parking in the American Express EV charging parking space at Festival Walk and use the designated EV charger to start charging. Otherwise, the "Reservation Fee" (e.g. unable to arrive on schedule or cancel the reservation after "Free Cancellation Period”) will be automatically charged without further notice.


9. Reservation Fee is based on the displayed price, with 15 minutes as one calculation unit. If less than 15 minutes, it will calculate as one unit. "Reservation Fee" will be based on the "Your Reservation Period" as the reference to calculate the maximum number of chargeable minutes. “Reservation Fee” is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. Reservation will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.
   


10. The reservation record will be based on the server system time. Once the reservation is confirmed, the system will automatically start calculating the "Free Cancellation Period".
    
    
11. The reservation function is an online function for Cornerstone GO EV Charging members, and it is subject to the conditions during that period of time, or it may be canceled or become unavailable due to the following conditions without further notice, including but not limited to: the American Express EV charging Parking Space Status, Parking Space Usage, Charger Status, and Special Environmental Factors.
    
    
12. American Express and Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited will not be responsible if the Cardmember fails to use the reserved American Express EV charging electric vehicle parking space or use the designated charger to charge (including but not limited to: traffic conditions, parking queue, etc.), and the Reservation Fee will not be refunded.
    
    
13. Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
15. American Express and Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited.

18. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    

Terms and Conditions of Redemption Offer:
 

1. The promotion period runs from September 9, 2024 to October 20, 2024 both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
   


2. All payments must be settled in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible American Express Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer. 


3. Eligible American Express Cardmembers who spend an accumulated net amount of HK$800 or above on the same-day of purchase at Festival Walk must present the corresponding original American Express^® Card transaction slips with the Eligible American Express Card and original same-day sales receipt(s) and relevant corresponding original electronic payment receipt(s) (the “Eligible Transaction Documents”)with a maximum of two same-day transaction receipts in person at Level LG2 Gift Redemption Counter on the day of purchase for a HK$50 Cornerstone GO EV charging coupon (“Coupon”) redemption. 


4. The concierge is located at Level LG2, Festival Walk in Hong Kong (“Festival Walk”). Opening hours are from 11:00am to 11:00 pm during the Promotion Period. 
   


5. Each Eligible American Express Cardmember can redeem a maximum of one Coupon per person per day.


6. Eligible transactions do not include the transactions of 7-Eleven, Apple Store, Challenger, Jumpin GYM U.S.A. and Nissan Intelligent Hub, the purchase of Festival Walk Gift Vouchers or tenants’ cash coupons/shopping vouchers/stored value cards/gift cards, value-adding receipts from any shop, car shows, exhibitions/roadshows, charity donations, exchanges/refunds, bill payments, insurance/investment/bank services, finance services, telecommunication services, split transactions, membership fees (including but not limited to the monthly instalment plan of jewellery and goldsmith companies), car parking fees, electronic vehicle charging fees, locker rental fees, power bank rental fees, transactions from office tower tenants, instalment transactions, fraudulent transactions, and unauthorized transactions. For deposit payments or instalment transactions, only the first deposit payment or the first instalment amount will be eligible for gift redemption. The balance amount of the relevant transaction will not be eligible for gift redemption or bonus point registration. 
   
   
7. All outdated sales receipts or electronic payment receipts are not eligible for this promotion. Photocopies, revised, reprint or handwritten receipts, handwritten transaction sales slips and cash payment receipts will not be accepted.  Sales receipts from cash advance, internet purchase, mail order, phone order, finance charge, late-payment charge or annual fee and any transaction slip not issued for a genuine transaction at Festival Walk or which has been subject to a cancellation, charge-back, return of goods or refunds will not be accepted.
   
   
8. Tips are not eligible for redemption and will not be counted towards the transaction receipts.
   
   
9. The redeemer must be the person making the payment using the Eligible American Express Card. 


10. Eligible American Express Cardmembers who reached the designated spending requirement but original merchant receipts were issued after 11:00pm, can bring along the Eligible Transaction Documents and the Eligible American Express Card to redeem the Offer within the next day.


11. The Counter staff will determine the eligibility of each transaction. Festival Walk (2011) Limited (“FW2011”) has the right to record (including photocopy) the spending details including the credit card number, cardholder name, the merchant’s name and the transaction amount for Redemption processing and verification purposes. Information collected by American Express and FW2011 will be used for verification of the promotion only and will destoryed after the purpose. 12. Each set of Eligible Transaction Documents will be entitled to participate in the redemption once. All Eligible Transaction Documents will be stamped with a “Redeemed” chop on the obverse side for recording purposes after completion of the redemption. Stamped receipts cannot be used for a refund at the relevant Festival Walk outlet and are not applicable to other promotions organized by Festival Walk.


13. Daily quotas are set on the HK$50 Coupon and on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.  
    


14. The distribution of Coupon will last until 11pm on October 20, 2024. Late redemption will not be accepted.  Stolen or lost Coupon will not be replaced or re-issued. 
    


15. All redeemed Coupon are not cancelable, transferrable, refundable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be resold.
    
    
16. The Cornerstone GO EV Charging Coupon will be valid until November 20, 2024. Eligible American Express Cardmember must be using Cornerstone EV Charging App  to finish charging and settle the payment. Any unused Coupon will be forfeited after expiry and will not be replaced or re-issued.  


17. Cornerstone GO EV Charging Coupon Redemption Flow:
    i. Download Cornerstone EV Charging App
    ii. After download, setup user account by following the instruction
    iii. After registration, click → at the wallet
    iv. After entering the e-wallet, click coupon
    v. Enter the coupon code at the blanket, and click “Enter"


18. Visuals of related promotional materials (if applicable) are for reference only; Coupon in kind prevail. Coupon will not be replaced if lost or damaged.


19. Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express and FW2011 are not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
20. American Express, Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited and FW2011 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    


21. American Express, Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited and FW2011 reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the offers or amend the offer Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

23. In case of any disputes, American Express, Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited and FW2011 reserve the right for the final decision on all matters. 


24. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
    


25. All participants who participated in the Redemption are presumed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the shoppers will be considered to have forsaken their rights to participate.
