1. The following Offer is valid from now to May 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. Offer is not applicable to items in Dior Beauty counter.


5. All giveaways are of limited quantity and non-exchangeable, while stocks last and on a first come, first served basis.
   
   
6. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to enjoy the Offer once and Offer cannot be used accumulatively over the Promotion Period. 


7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, promotional coupons or member discount.
   


8. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.


9. Dior Beauty is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
   
   
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
11. American Express and Dior Beauty reserve the right to change these Promotion Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

13. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Dior Beauty shall be final.
    
    
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
