1. The Offer is available to Cardmembers of Basic or Supplementary American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc.  (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period.
2. To enjoy the Offer, all payments must be settled in full with Eligible American Express Cards during the Promotion Period.
3. Offer is valid from December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Last pick up or delivery date of pre-order cakes, fresh products and hampers will be on March 28, 2024.
4. Offer is available at all Cova Pasticceria & Confetteria stores and online shop (“Website”) in Hong Kong.
5. Offer is applicable at all COVA Hong Kong takeaway coffee bar.
6. Offer is applicable for any purchases including any festive cakes, products and hampers.  
7. The Offer is not applicable for purchasing COVA prepaid gift cards and COVA gift vouchers.
8. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-refundable. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with COVA VIP/VVIP physical Card, coupons, vouchers, COVA app discount and e-vouchers, other promotional offers and discounts.
9. Offer is not applicable to transactions including discounted or specified items, or charges on plastic shopping bags, paper shopping bags, any delivery charges, gift wrapping charges. For specified items, please check with COVA HK.
10. Offer is limited and while stocks last.
11. COVA HK is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/ or service that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/ or services.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Return for items purchased using the Offer will be honored with the previous discount voided. The total discount will be deducted from the refund. Other terms and conditions apply on exchange of goods.  Please check with COVA HK for details.
14. American Express and COVA HK reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and COVA HK shall be final.
16. If the English version of these Terms and Conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
