1. 2. To enjoy the Offers, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers must settle full payment with American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards”) during the Promotion Period. Cardmembers who settle with American Express® US Dollar Card, American Express® Corporate Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offers. American Express Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offers.
3. Offers are applicable to items in the “Juicy Peachy Story” E-Shop page from city’super E-Shop Website only.
4. Offers are not applicable to the city’super E-Shop App.
5. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardmember can use the promo code once only and enjoy the Offers once only.
6. Expired Offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made.
7. Offers are available while stocks last and on a first-come-first-served basis.
8. Offers are applicable to designated Japanese Peaches only.
9. Offer 3 can be used in conjunction with Offers 2.
10. The items of Offer 3 will be delivered with items from the same order of Offer 2. 
11. Free delivery services within Hong Kong are provided. Delivery lead time is about 3 weeks upon the confirmation of the order. Eligible Cardmembers will receive notification of delivery arrangements by phone call from city’super 3 days before delivery. For details, please check with city’super.
12. Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise will be arranged. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks. For details, please check with city’super.
13. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount from Offer 1 and/or Offer 2. Relevant members are required to log in at the city'super E-Shop (online.citysuper.com.hk) before making the transaction with Eligible Cards to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
14. Transactions may be canceled due to seasonal stock shortage. Offer 3 will be forfeited if the net spending amount after cancellation of any transaction(s) from the same order does not meet the spending requirements. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions.
15. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons or any other promotional offers or coupons, unless otherwise specified.
16. City Super Limited (“city’super”) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
17. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products and/or services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. American Express and City Super Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
20. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and City Super Limited shall be final. 
21. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
