Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   
   ▪ Enjoy HK$50 savings on kid’s haircut services (Original Price: HK$350 - HK$420) at your first visit to the PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon.
   


2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.   


3. Advance booking is required. Use of the offer must be indicated when making a reservation.

5. Offer is only applicable from Monday to Friday (not applicable on public holidays and holiday eves).


6. Offer is applicable to designated stylists and technicians only. Offer is applicable to kid's hair services only.


7. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period and the Offer is applicable to PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon new customers only. Staff of PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon reserves the right to use the Eligible Cardmember's phone number provided by the Eligible Cardmember to check the transaction record at PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon. PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon new customer refers to Eligible Cardmember do not have any transaction records at PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon. 
   


8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, promotional coupons or member discount.
   
   
9. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
   
   
10. Pacific Sun Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
12. American Express and Pacific Sun Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Pacific Sun Limited shall be final. 
    
    
15. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
