La Scala General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is valid from March 1 to December 31, 2023, unless otherwise stated.
2. The restaurant arrangements may change subject to any changes on Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation implemented by the Government.
3. Offer is not applicable on May 13-14, June 17-18 and December 22-26 & 31, 2023.
4. Offer is applicable to dine-in; and all regular priced food items listed in the à la carte menu only.
5. Offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 persons per visit.
6. Offer is not applicable to tea and condiments, promotional set menus, private functions, wedding banquets (except selected set menus), purchase of cigarettes, beverages, bottle wines/spirit, corkage charge, cut cake charge, hampers, coupons or vouchers.
7. 10% service charge applied and will be based on the original price.
8. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability.
9. The offer is available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
10. Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated. 
11. To redeem an offer, purchase should be charged in full to an American Express Card. 
12. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
13. American Express and the participating merchant reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
14. Participating merchants’ terms and conditions apply - please check with the respective merchants for details.  
15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the participating merchants shall be final. 
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
