1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from November 28 to December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   
   ▪ Enjoy 20% savings on the Pierside Signature menu at Pierside Bar and Restaurant.  
   
   
2. Blackout dates apply: December 24 to 25 and 31, 2022.
    
3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

5. Offer can only be used once for one table on each occasion, with a maximum of 12 diners per booking (including Eligible Cardmembers, aged 3 and above would be considered as 1 person). Special table management, splitting of table or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.
   
   
6. Offer is applicable to food and beverage items in the à la carte Pierisde Signature menu for dine-in consumption only, excluding all bottled wine and spirit, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charge for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on the à la carte menu, discounted food orbeverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways.


7. This Offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge (if any), and the charges will be calculated based on the original price.


8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons.
   
   
9. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
   
   
10. Alcoholic drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only. 
    
    
11. Sino Hotels is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
13. American Express and Sino Hotels reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Sino Hotels shall be final.
    
    
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
