Eligible Card(s):
- Spend net amount of HK$200 or above in a single transaction to receive 2 pieces of complimentary macarons (Offer 1) or spend net amount of HK$500 or above in a single transaction to receive 6 pieces of complimentary macarons (Offer 2) (collectively “Offers”) at designated outlets of Paul Lafayet. The Offers are valid from April 8 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- To enjoy the Offers, Cardmember must settle the full payment with American Express Explorer® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period.
- The Offers are not valid at the counters at city’super and the Hong Kong International Airport.
- To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Cardmembers must specify the use of the Offers at the time of order.
- The complimentary macarons must be redeemed immediately with the purchase.
- Splitting of the transaction is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
- The Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
- The Offers are not applicable to private or corporate functions, catering, banquets and festive products.
- Paul Lafayet is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

- Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Paul Lafayet shall be final.

- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
