1. The "Coffee Buy-One-Get-One-Free Offer at nodi” (”Offer”) is valid on June 24, 2024 and July 8, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). 
   


2. All payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. The Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.


5. The complimentary beverage(s) must be on the selected hand-crafted beverages.


6. The Offer only allows for 1 complimentary selected hand-crafted beverage per transaction.


7. The complimentary beverage(s) apply to the lowest value of the ordered beverage(s) per transaction.


8. Additional charge will be applied for any beverage upgrade and / or any special request, including but not limited to upgrade to oat milk.


9. The complimentary beverage(s) must be redeemed immediately with the purchased beverage(s).


10. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and/or promotions.

14. nodi is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.


15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


16. American Express and nodi reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.

19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
