Terms and Conditions

1. Subject to the Terms and Conditions below, Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy complimentary upgrade to large size on any sandwich where applicable at the Participating Outlet (“Offer”).
2. Offer is valid from April 8, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. Offer is only applicable at following outlets of Morty’s (“Merchant”):
   - 12-14, Lower Ground Floor, Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central
   - Shop 8-10 Wing Fung Street, Wanchai
   (“Participating Outlet”).
   
4. To enjoy the Offer, all payments must be made in full with a valid American Express Explorer^® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card" and such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period.
5. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must specify the use of the Offer at the time of order.
6. The complimentary upgrade to large size on any sandwich where applicable must be redeemed immediately with the purchase.
7. Offer is applicable to both dine-in and takeaway orders. Transactions made via third-party takeaway platforms are not eligible for the Offer.
8. Offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge and will be calculated based on the original price.
9. Blackout dates apply: May 10-12, July 1, October 1, December 24-26 & 31, 2024.
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, unless otherwise stated by American Express.
11. Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice to Eligible Cardmembers.
14. In the event of any disputes arising from the Offer, the decision of American Express and the Merchant shall be final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained.

16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
