Moon Lok Chiu Chow General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise stated.
2. Offer of 15% savings is applicable to Centurion^® Card, The Platinum Card^® and American Express^® Platinum Credit Card only.
3. Offer is applicable to designated 4 person set menu only. Seasonal items are subject to availability and might be changed without prior notice.​
   
4. Offer is applicable to dine-in from 11am to 10pm (last order for dinner at 9:30pm). 
5. Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 10-13, March 29-30, April 1 & 4, May 1 & 15, June 10, July 1, September 18, October 1 & 11 and December 25-26, 2024. 
6. Cardmembers can only enjoy the offer for one table on each occasion. Special table arrangement, splitting of table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the offer.
7. Offer is not applicable to all alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, catering service, banquets, private banquets and special events, the purchase of Chinese New Year festive goodies, mooncakes, hampers and vouchers. 
8. Please inform the restaurant staff regarding allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. 
9. 10% service charge and tea & condiments apply and will be calculated based on the original price.
10. 1 day advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability. Cardmembers must express the use of the offer at the time of making a reservation.
11. The offers are available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated. 
12. Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated. 
13. To redeem an offer, purchase should be charged in full to an American Express Card. 
14. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
15. American Express and the participating merchant reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
16. Participating merchants’ terms and conditions apply - please check with the respective merchants for details. 
17. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the participating merchants shall be final. 
18. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
