Terms and Conditions:

1. The HK$10 Statement Credit (“Offer”) is valid for spending in-app at the McDonald’s App in Hong Kong (“the Participating Merchant”) during the period from March 6, 2023 to March 26, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).


2. The Offer is only applicable to Cardmembers of American Express^® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards”), excluding American Express^® Corporate Cards, US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express.


3. The Offer is available to Cardmembers making Eligible Transactions. An Eligible Transaction refers to Cardmembers using an Eligible Card to make a minimum net spend of HK$50 or more, in one transaction in-app at the Participating Merchant within the Promotion Period ("Eligible Transaction"). Splitting of a transaction is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.


4. Each Eligible Card account can only receive the Offer 4 times, with a total maximum of HK$40 statement credits during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Transactions for each Eligible Card account shall include the Eligible Transactions of both the Basic and Supplementary Cards issued under that Card account.


5. The Offer will be credited to Eligible Card accounts within 8 weeks after Eligible Transactions are posted to American Express by the Participating Merchant. The Eligible Card accounts must be valid, in good standing and not overdue to enjoy the Offer.


6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with coupon or any other offers, unless otherwise specified.
   
   
7. Offer will be clawed back from concerned Eligible Card accounts without prior notice if the Eligible Transactions are refunded.


8. Spending on gift vouchers is not applicable to the Offer. American Express reserves the right to claw back the statement credit offered to spending on gift vouchers from the concerned Cardmember’s account.
   


9. All receipts/sales slips of Eligible Transactions should be shown for supporting whenever necessary. 


10. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services, unless otherwise specified.


11. MHK Restaurants Limited is solely responsible for all food and beverage related products and services, offered to customers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.


12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products and/or services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. American Express and MHK Restaurants Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.


15. In case of any dispute, American Express and MHK Restaurants Limited reserve the right of final decision.


16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
