Terms and Conditions

1. The complimentary handcrafted cocktail (Offer 1) and 15% year-round savings offer (Offer 2) (collectively “Offers”) at Intervals Sky Bar & Restaurant (“Merchant”) are valid from April 8, 2024 to April 7, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   i) Offer 1: Basic Cardmembers of Eligible Card (as defined in clause 2) can enjoy one complimentary handcrafted cocktail per each designated time period (i.e. April 8, 2024 – June 30, 2024; July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024; October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024; January 1, 2025 to April 7, 2025) during the Promotion Period (“Complimentary handcrafted cocktail”).
   ii) Offer 2: Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Eligible Card can enjoy 15% year-round savings on all original-priced Food and Beverages menus during the Promotion Period (“15% year-round savings offer”).
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmember must settle the full payment with American Express Explorer® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period.
3. To enjoy Offer 1, Eligible Cardmembers must specify the use of the Offer at the time of order and is also required to present the Eligible Card in his or her name along with boarding pass for the same day or the following day travel at the reception of Merchant.
4. The selected handcrafted cocktail is not listed on the regular menu, please check with Merchant for details.
5. To enjoy Offer 2, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with the Eligible Card. Discount offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge and will be calculated based on the original price.
6. By spending with Eligible Cards, Offer 1 can be used in conjunction with Offer 2.
7. Offers are valid for dine-in only. 
   
8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
9. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
10. Offers are not applicable to private or corporate functions, catering, banquets, festive products and events.
11. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business. Staff person reserves the right to request identification at any time when serving or selling alcoholic beverages.
12. Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Merchant shall be final.
16. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
