Gold Coast Prime Rib General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise stated. 
2. Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 9-14, March 29-31, April 1 & 4, May 1, 11-12 & 15, June 10 & 15-16, July 1, September 17-18, October 1 & 11 and December 21, 24-26 & 31, 2024. 
3. Offer is not applicable to promotional menus, guest chef promotions, private functions, banqueting events, room service, ticket sales, cash vouchers, consumption other than buffets/à la carte (for example but not limited to cigarette, cigars, tobacco, wines, liquor, spirit).
4. Offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 guests per booking and subject to availability.
5. Offer is applicable to dine-in only.
6. 10% service charge applied and will be based on the original price.
7. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability. Cardmembers are required to indicate using the offers during advance reservation.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts, privileges or claiming of Asia Miles; and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 
9. The offer is available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
10. Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated. 
11. To redeem an offer, purchase should be charged in full to an American Express Card. 
12. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
13. American Express and the participating merchant reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
14. Participating merchants’ terms and conditions apply - please check with the respective merchants for details.  In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the participating merchants shall be final. 
15. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
