1. The "Lunch Set Buy-One-Get-One-Free Offer at Cupping Room” (”Offer”) is valid on July 29, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). 
   


2. All payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. The Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.


5. The complimentary lunch set(s) must be on the selected lunch sets.


6. The Offer only allows for 1 complimentary selected lunch set per transaction.


7. The complimentary lunch set(s) apply to the lowest value of the ordered lunch set(s) per transaction.


8. Additional charge will be applied for any lunch set upgrade and / or any special request.


9. The complimentary lunch set(s) must be redeemed immediately with the purchased lunch set(s).


10. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and/or promotions.

13. The purchased or complimentary items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


14. Cupping Room is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.


15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


16. American Express and Cupping Room reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.

18. American Express and Cupping Room reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Cupping Room.
    
    
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
