Eligible Card:
- The Offer of Designated restaurants of Cafe Deco Group is valid from July 15, 2023 to December 30, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period").
- During the Promotion Period, Cardmember must settle the full payment with Basic or Supplementary Card of American Express Explorer® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") to enjoy the Offer (as defined in Clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions) at Designated restaurants of Cafe Deco Group.
- Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 25% savings for 1-12 diners on à la carte menu for dine-in dinner after 6pm from Monday to Sunday with an Eligible Card at selected restaurants of Cafe Deco Group ("Offer").
- Eligible Cardmembers must spend on a physical Card of the Eligible Card to enjoy the Offer.
- Eligible Cardmember must be one of the diners to enjoy the Offer. Each Eligible Cardmembers can only enjoy the Offer for one table on each occasion, with the number of diners being 1 and no more than 12. Special table arrangement, splitting of the table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.
- Offer is applicable to à la carte food menu for dine-in dinner after 6pm only (not applicable to lunch), excluding all beverages, wines, buffet, 10% service charge, festive products, set menus, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charge for tea and condiments, discounted food items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, banquets, deliveries and takeaways (including unfinished portion of food items ordered). Any unfinished à la carte food item requested for takeaway is not eligible for this discount offer and the full price of the said item will be applied.
- The Offer is not valid on September 29-30, October 1-2 & 22-23, December 24-26, 2023.
- Children aged 3 years or above will be counted as 1 person for the purpose of this Offer.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with CDG Privilege, set menus, any other promotional offers, mileage earnings or whenever a discounted food items is ordered.
- Cafe Deco Group is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the complimentary offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
