Terms and Conditions

(A)  General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offers are valid from April 8, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. “Eligible Card” and “Eligible Cardmember” shall be subject to the definitions as set out in the Specific Terms and Conditions below.
3. To enjoy the Offers, the Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with a respective Eligible Card within the Promotion Period. Transactions made via third-party takeaway platform are not eligible for the Offers.
4. Offers are applicable for dine-in or takeaway order at the following designated outlets of Line and Dine Limited (“Merchant”):

5. The list of Participating Outlets will be subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
6. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
7. To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Cardmember must specify the use of the Offers at the time of order.
8. The Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
9. The Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc ("American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
11. American Express reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice. 
12. Eligible Cardmember may call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of the Eligible Card or American Express’ customer service hotline at 2277 1010 in the event of any enquiry related to the Offer.
13. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the Merchant shall be final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version of the Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers are entitled to enjoy the 15% savings offer on all regular priced food and beverage items, à la carte, set menu, or other specified offer for dine-in and takeaway order at the Participating Outlets (“Offer 1”) from Monday to Friday (before 12pm or after 3pm to 10pm) and Saturday (all day), except Sundays and, Public Holidays in Hong Kong. (“Offer 1”)”
2. For the purposes of Offer 1:
   “Eligible Card” means the Basic and Supplementary American Express Explorer^® Credit Card, issued by American Express in Hong Kong, SAR.
   “Eligible Cardmember” means persons who are valid holders of the Eligible Card above. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Cardmember shall include Basic and Supplemental Cardmembers of the above Eligible Card.
3. Offer 1 is only valid at the Participating Outlets. For the details of other specified offer mentioned above, please check with respective Participating Outlets. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer 1 is not applicable to the online order made via Merchant’s weblink (order.basehall.hk and order.second.basehall.hk).

(C) Specific Term and Conditions for Offer 2 (Statement Credit Offer): 

1. Eligible Cardmember will receive HK$120 statement credits once per calendar quarter after reaching a cumulative net spending of HK$800 or above on the Eligible Card for dine-in or takeaway order at Participating Outlets during each calendar quarter within the “Promotion Period ("Eligible Spending"). (“Offer 2”)”. For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Card account and any related Supplementary Card account(s) will be treated as one Eligible Card account when calculating the Eligible Spending and can only enjoy the Offer 2 once per calendar quarter.
2. For the purposes of Offer 2,
   “Eligible Card” means the Basic and Supplementary American Express Explorer Credit Card issued by American Express in Hong Kong, SAR.
   “Eligible Cardmember” means persons who are valid holders of the Eligible Card above. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Cardmember shall include Basic and Supplemental Cardmembers of the above Eligible Card.
3. Offer 2 is valid at the Participating Outlets and the online order made via Merchant’s weblink (order.basehall.hk and order.second.basehall.hk).
