American Express provides support to customers with visual impairments, by providing the option to receive Braille or Large Print statements.
We want to make sure all customers can access our services in the same or similar way and offer Accessibility options online to help you on your American Express online journey.
Mail format preferences
In partnership with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), American Express can provide Braille or Large Print statements. If you would like to receive your statements in one of these formats, please contact us.
For any other communication, we are working on sending you it in the format you choose. If you receive something that is difficult for you to view, please let us know so we can discuss this with you.
