Before you begin, please take a moment to understand how this Card Account works.

• To apply, you must have a permanent UK home address, be aged 18 or over and earn at least £35k per year.
• You must pay your balance in full each month. Missing a payment can have serious consequences. It incurs charges and can impact your credit rating, making it more difficult or expensive to get credit in future. It may result in legal action (which could include getting a court order to give us the right to take payment out of the sale proceeds for your home or other property).
• We can make changes to the Agreement, including changes to fees and charges. We’ll tell you about any changes we make.
• You can cancel the Agreement by contacting us up to 14 days from the day you receive your Card.
