Reward your employees and clients
If you want to thank valued employees for their hard work, why not show your appreciation with a gift card from a variety of retailers? You could exchange 60,000 points for three £100 Harrods gift cards that employees can use to treat themselves. With this amount, three employees could enjoy £100 of treats from the world-famous Harrods Food Hall, or one very lucky employee could splash out on a luxury item for themselves.
How about toasting your business’s success with two Fortnum & Mason hampers? Or would you like to deliver a delicious Rosé Quartet Wicker hamper to a client, and share The Congratulations Hamper among your team?
Remember, you can make purchases from our partner sites through SafeKey®⁴, where you can redeem 60,000 Membership Rewards points securely against what you buy.
Treat yourself to something special
Take time out to recognise how hard you work on your business by swapping 60,000 points for £270 to spend at Harvey Nichols. You could treat yourself to a Samsonite Neopod Spinner 55cm cabin suitcase, a designer watch, or a new outfit.
Maybe it’s time to book in with a friend at Urban Massage and unwind. Alternatively, give your feet a treat from Russell & Bromley, one of the UK’s finest footwear brands.
Upgrade your business tech
With 60,000 points, you can invest in some new business tech. For instance, Currys sells a range of office items that you can exchange for your points.
Complement your laptop with a separate LED monitor. Or buy an Epson WorkForce DS-360W document scanner that makes light work of digitising receipts – it’s portable too. And, if you’re peeved with your clunky printer, bag one of Currys HP wireless inkjet models, some of which come complete with a four-month supply of ink.
Redeem points on business travel
You can put 60,000 points towards your next airline trip, Eurostar journey, or hotel stay from our loyalty partners and use the points up whenever you’re ready.
Remember: if you’re transferring 60,000 Membership Rewards points to book a flight or hotel room, check the availability and points needed before completing the transfer, as all transfers are final.
Ways to reach 60,000 Membership Rewards points
If you’ve not yet collected 60,000 Membership Rewards points, there are many ways to increase your balance, simply by using your American Express Business Gold Card.
Why not switch your bill payments so they are made from your card? By paying for your gas, electricity, insurance, internet and phone costs, plus any professional subscriptions, you will quickly rack up points, as every £1 you spend equals one Membership Rewards point.
You could also invite your friends to apply for the card that best suits them. Once they are approved, you’ll receive bonus Membership Rewards points – the quantity depends on the type of Card you hold.
Membership Rewards points don’t expire, and the amount you can earn isn’t capped, meaning that you’ll always be able to use your points towards business-related costs and treat employees – and yourself.
