Now you can:
- Cancel cards or update account information on multiple accounts at the same time
- Easily search and select to edit or cancel multiple card accounts without leaving the search page
- Select multiple Cards to cancel at a future date ( Available only in the France, Germany, GDC, Italy and USA )
- Save time and streamline Card management tasks with intuitive digital tools
Frequently Asked Questions - Bulk Cancel
You can select up to 20 Card accounts to cancel in the same submission.
For efficiency, first select and apply one cancel reason to all selected accounts using the "Apply Cancel Reason to All" drop-down list. Then, you can change the cancel reason for one Card account by using the Cancel Reason drop-down on the same row as the Card account you wish to change.
You can select a cancel date up to 6 months in advance.
For each Card account that you would like to stop the cancellation, you can navigate to the individual Card account profile and remove the scheduled cancel. At this time there is no way to remove a scheduled cancel for multiple Card accounts at the same time.
Once a cancellation has been submitted with a cancel date of "immediately" it cannot be changed. Please contact the PA Servicing Team for assistance reinstating the cancelled Card.
