- Benefit end date subject to change and may end before the stated date. If this happens, we will send you an email to notify you of the change and inform you of the new end date of the benefit.
- This benefit is available to UK American Express Basic Platinum® Cardholders only. If you switch to a new card product that is not eligible for this benefit, the benefit will be removed from your Card Account.
- Benefit excludes purchases of gift cards and vouchers.
- Benefit only valid for orders delivered to the UK.
- Department store concessions are not included in the benefit.
- Benefit includes spend made at participating restaurants.
- Benefit excludes restaurant cancelation and no show charges.
- Benefit excludes transactions made via the OXO tower website.
- Benefit excludes HN@HOME (OXO at home, Leeds at home and Edinburgh at home).
- Enrolled Card Accounts will be eligible to receive a maximum of £50 back, made in one or more transactions, every 6 months for the duration of the benefit.
- This benefit will reset on 1 July, 1 January until the benefit end date.
- Statement credit not redeemed during the applicable spend period will not roll over to the following spend period and will expire. If you have not redeemed your credit by the last day of thespend period before the benefit resets, you forfeit receiving the credit.
- Should purchases fall outside of the benefit period due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us, your purchase will count to the following spend period.
- Transactions made with a Supplementary Card or an Additional Card will not count as transactions made for the benefit of the Basic Cardmember, and will accordingly not be eligible forthe Card Benefit.
- These benefit Terms (including the benefit description above) set out the key terms of our Harvey Nichols benefit. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or points can be reversed or lost.
- Statement credits will be awarded for eligible transactions using your Card during the benefit period, as explained above and within these benefit Terms and General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your Card account statement within five days from the date you made an eligible transaction but may take up to 150 days from your transaction date.
- This benefit only applies to purchases on the Card to which the benefit is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet).
- Purchases made through “payment facilitators” are not eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the benefit. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/ marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.
- Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the benefit.
- By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the benefit, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the benefit. - Benefit only valid at merchant locations which are currently open and trading. Please reach out to the business directly for more information.
