American Express Venue Collection™

The American Express Venue Collection provides American Express^® Cardmembers with a Consumer or Business American Express^® Card issued by American Express in the UK with access to a set of benefits at participating stadiums and arenas for select events. American Express branded Cards issued by third-party financial institutions, American Express^® Corporate Cards and American Express^® Prepaid Cards are not eligible. All benefits are subject to specific terms & conditions. Some benefits will be fulfilled by the venue and are subject to terms & conditions set by the venue, as applicable. Ticket Access
Amex Reserved Tickets™ (formerly referred to as American Express Access)

American Express Cardmembers have access to purchase Amex Reserved Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express^® Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Reserved Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Reserved Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.

American Express Complimentary Bag Drop Lane

American Express Cardmembers have access to a complimentary bag drop through the dedicated lane at the bag storage facility at The O2 arena. Cardmembers must enter through the dedicated Amex Lane at the bag storage facility, located outside the main entrance. Cardmembers must show a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) to receive the complimentary bag drop compared to paying the advertised price of £10 per bag. Limit one (1) checked bag per Card per event. All bags will be searched and screened before being accepted into the bag storage facility. The bag storage facility closes at 1am after each event. The bag storage facility is managed by the venue (not American Express) and the terms and conditions set by the venue apply. Concessions Offer

To redeem, Cardmembers must first enrol an eligible Card in this Offer and then use that same Card to make a qualifying purchase. Eligible Cards are Consumer and Business American Express Cards issued by American Express in the UK. American Express Corporate Cards, Prepaid Cards, and American Express branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible. Limit of a total of £200 GBP back in statement credits per enrolled Card each calendar year on qualifying purchases made across venues in the American Express Venue Collection™. Qualifying purchases include food and beverage concessions purchases made in-person at point of sale and at self-service kiosks at venues in the American Express Venue Collection™. At Hollywood Bowl, qualifying purchases also include purchases made in the Hollywood Bowl app or via web browser at http://hollywoodbowl.com/onlineorder/amex. The following are not qualifying purchases: Purchases in Amazon-operated Just Walk Out Stores, suite and catering orders, in app purchases at venues not specifically identified above, ticket sales, restaurants, transportation, parking, gift cards, merchandise, and all other non-concession purchases made at American Express Venue Collection venues. American Express Lounge Access

Access to the American Express Lounge is available to American Express^® Cardmembers, subject to capacity limitations. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Cardmembers will be permitted to bring up to three (3) guests, subject to capacity limitations and the discretion of the venue. Access is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Upon entry to the Lounge, Cardmembers will receive a token redeemable for one (1) complimentary drink, while supplies last. Tokens are only valid for the event at which they were received for redemption in the Lounge, and only original tokens will be accepted. Additional beverages can be purchased with an American Express Card. Must be 18 or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Cardmember will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the event, in the sole discretion of the event organizers.
